Quick answer
Why a misted lettuce display is a common slip setting, and what to photograph before the floor is dried.

Produce misters keep greens looking fresh and leave a repeating wet pattern on tile. Stores usually know this. The useful question later is whether warning signs, mats, or a dry-mop schedule were actually in use.
Photograph the misters, the wet tile, your shoes, and any cone that appears after staff notice you. Note the time. Ask a manager to preserve video the same day — many systems overwrite in a few weeks.
A fall report filled out in the store is not a legal filing. It is still worth requesting a copy.
